100m T54 - Heat 2

We were already aware of  the results of the first Heat in the 100m T54 so we knew what Madison had to do. She either had to be placed in the first three; if she ran fourth she needed a time better than 18.21; or if she ran fifth, a time of less than 17.28. Here's what she did.
