Madison de Rozario at the finish of the Challenge Fun Run

Madison amazing trip continued this week with her winning the Junior Girls Division at the Cedartown 5K. Her time of 12 min 31s was an incredible five minutes ahead of her next rival.

Overall, she finished an impressive fourth among the open women.

Next it was off to Atlanta to participate at the biggest 10km event in the United States. 55,000 athletes participated. Ethiopian, Gebre Gebremariam won the event beating Kenya's Peter Kirui by just half a step.

As for the wheelchair event, Madi again was first among the junior girls and again ran fourth overall. Her time of 25 min 13s was about ten minutes ahead of the next junior girl.

Madison's next competition will be in the Czech Republic in August - The IWAS Junior World Championships. But for now, its of to LA to visit Disneyland, then it's home.
